14-day money-back guarantee

Every paid Bodholdt Labs plugin comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If a plugin doesn’t fit your site, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it in full.

How to request a refund

Open a ticket on our Support page using the email address you purchased with, and let us know you’d like a refund. You don’t need to justify the request.

When you’ll get your money back

We aim to process refunds within five business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe; how soon the funds appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Subscriptions and renewals

You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account dashboard and keep access until the end of the current billing period. The 14-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase. We don’t refund partial periods after a renewal, so cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged again.

Lifetime licenses

Lifetime licenses are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

Free editions

The free editions (including Bodholdt Contact and the free Lite builds) cost nothing, so there’s nothing to refund. Use them for as long as you like.
