How do I install a plugin?
In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the .zip file you downloaded, click Install Now, then Activate. Each product guide above has a step-by-step quick start.
Where is my license key, and how do I activate it?
Your key is emailed to you right after purchase and is always available in your customer portal. Paste it into the plugin’s License screen and save — the plugin confirms activation and starts receiving automatic updates. A key activates the plugin on the number of sites your tier allows.
How does support work? What are “support credits”?
If you’re on an annual or monthly plan, email support is included for as long as your plan is active. If you bought a lifetime license, your purchase includes support credits that never expire — see Lifetime support credits below. Either way, open a ticket on our Support page or from your customer portal.
Lifetime support credits
Because a lifetime license has no recurring payment, every lifetime purchase includes a one-time grant of non-expiring support credits, added to your account automatically at checkout:
- 15 credits with a 1-site lifetime license
- 50 credits with a 5-site lifetime license
- 150 credits with a 25-site lifetime license
One credit covers one support request (a complete back-and-forth on a single issue). Credits never expire — use them next week or in five years — and any credits you buy or are granted are added to your existing balance, never replaced or removed. Pre-sales questions, feature requests, bug reports, and billing questions are always free and never use a credit. If you run low, you can top up at any time from your customer portal. This policy applies to every Bodholdt Labs product sold with a lifetime license.

How do updates work?
Once your license key is active, updates appear in your WordPress dashboard like any other plugin — bug fixes, security patches, new-WordPress/PHP compatibility, and new features. Subscriptions update while active; lifetime licenses update forever.
Is my data private?
Yes. Our plugins run on your own site and connect only to services you authorize (your Google/Microsoft account for backups, your Anthropic key for AI). See our Privacy Policy for exactly what each plugin does with data.
